Barry Nash, MD, Board-Certified Internal Medicine

Native to Syracuse, New York, Dr. Barry Nash, MD, graduated from Saint George’s University School of Medicine and completed his residency at The Jewish Hospital Mercy Health in Cincinnati, Ohio. With a background in primary care and family medicine, Dr. Nash has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. Now a physician in our Winter Haven location, Dr. Nash emphasizes his dedication to the patients and community of Polk County.

At Trinity Medical Group in Winter Haven, Dr. Nash insists on being open and honest with patients about potential risks and results associated with the best procedures for any given condition. “I love helping patients feel their best through open and honest communication.” Dr. Nash recognizes that every patient is unique and believes their healthcare program and treatment should be unique as well. “Treating every patient as an individual, and not just a number, is key to having happy patients and a successful practice.”

One of his top priorities includes working closely with patients to design a healthcare treatment plan that custom-fits their desires and healthcare needs.  Dr. Nash affirms he will work closely with the patients at Trinity Medical Group and their caretakers to do what’s best for the patient’s health in a way that ensures they can live life feeling their best.

When not serving patients, you can find him reading a good book, gardening, or exercising. Dr. Nash also enjoys caring for his pets and spending time with family at Disney World. An early bird with a passion for snorkeling, travel, and action movies, you’d be surprised to learn he has a fear of elevators!

Most physicians can settle for applying the easiest course of action to a particular condition, but Dr. Nash aims to treat his patients as a holistic individual rather than as an “ailment” or “project.” To be treated by him is to get to know him, which is a course of action that is recommended by those who know him best.
